What happens to your data?

  • Personal Identifiable Information (PII): All PII will be deleted from our servers, ensuring your privacy and security.
  • Usage Data and Transaction Information: While your personal details will be removed, anonymised usage data and transaction information may be retained for record-keeping purposes.

Please allow up to 30 days for the complete deletion of your account and associated data. This period allows us to ensure all data is thoroughly removed from our systems and backups.
